Students enrolled in this 3 Year Program of Study are expected to earn a Higher Diploma in Office Administration. The program seeks to prepare responsible persons in Office Administration. Additionally, it intends in the preparation of Office Directors with a lot of employment opportunities as Office Management in Governmental, semi-governmental, Banking and Private Sector. This program can constitute a basis of continuation of further studies for superior professional or academic studies. The Office Administration Programme requires a minimum of 180 ECTS credits.

  • Providing to students of essential knowledge and opportunities for application of fundamental principles, meanings and operations related with the office organization and administration.
  • Development of skills, individual characteristics and behavior which are essential for successful and effective professional career.
  • Acquiring a wide knowledge of professional world, recognize the main professional operations and the importance of individual contribution in the whole business organization.
  • Gaining knowledge and practical experiences of fundamental principles, concepts and processes concerning the planning of work, the relations between workers and the market researches.
  • Learning the principles related with the recording of professional transactions, the effect of Information Technology and the training of basic accounts management of businessmen and for organizations and the learning of computerized programs
  • Recognized Secondary School Certificate (Apolytirion) or equivalent qualification.
  • Graduates and Holders of a Recognized – Accredited 1 Year Certificate in Secretarial Studies.
  • Graduates and Holders of a Recognized – Accredited 2 Years Diploma in Executive Secretarial Studies.

A system of continuous (course work) which is 40% and final Exams which is 60% and the Passing mark is 50%, as follows:

  • During the semester, the instructor evaluates the students through a) Course Work which consists of: Tests, assignments, individual or group project, mid-term exams and / or other tests. The average of the scores is the continuous assessment score.
  • The final examination is carried out at the end of the semester.
  • The Passing mark is: 50%
